Buildings are manufactured in a dry, secure facility, and transported
to site when ready for installation. This process saves you time
and money because site preparation occurs while the buildings are
being manufactured and there are no delays due to weather. This
is particularly invaluable in the far north and other extreme environments.
As well, there is less noise and disruption on-site, which means
the construction schedule is not constrained by noise bylaws. Modular
buildings are also relocatable and expandable allowing you to move
and reuse them many times and increase their size to accommodate
future requirements.
